Snowmen!

I've created several snowmen for our group Christmas exchange... I used a snowman cut file from my stash..., including his little hat.. I used glitter cardstock for the snowman and shiny black cardstock for his hat... Then using a hole puncher I punched out his buttons and eyes from black foam paper.. His scarf is Christmas Ribbon from my ribbon stash..
Isn't he cute?
I added some twine to the back, so it can hang on a Christmas tree or anything my partner desires...Here are all of my snowmen completed and ready to be mailed...
I am so enjoying receiving all the different snowmen... This was a fun exchange...

Christmas is approaching...

With that being said, it is coming at us fairly quickly, I feel! I have not bought a single Christmas gift one.. It is rushing at me full force and I am trailing!!!
However I joined in a Christmas card (unique fold) swap, in a group I am in, Our Creative Corner. If you are looking for a crafty group with monthly swaps, this is a great group!
I really like the idea of the staircase with the Z fold.
First I cut the card to size, which I found a tutorial online. I then created the staircase... I wanted to go with the cozy living room look..
I used my brother and print and cut out the garland for the staircase.. I then cut a Christmas tree and a window frame with a picture of a wintery outside. To finish it off I added the Merry Christmas to the front. I used some glossy accents on the garland to make it pop a bit....
Here is my Christmas card.........  I am really happy with how it turned out..
If you happened to come across my blog and visit, I want to say Thank-you!
Have a Blessed Day!
